Whitlock Point is a new, 100% affordable housing building that will soon open in Hunts Point. There will be 265 apartments with a mix of studios, one bedrooms, two bedrooms, and three bedrooms. Studios start at about $450 a month. The building has a laundry room, lounge room, outdoor playground and adult gym, outdoor seating, a garden and a mural painted by local artist Tats Cru. Stagg Group developed the space and they tell News 12 they hope to move the first tenants in this August. Click here to learn more.
